Semi-automatic filling machine type Eurofiller

FOR SINGLE BAGS:

  • The Eurofüller automatic filling machine is a machine for filling bags.

  • The bag bung is manually inserted into the holding clamp. After the start impulse is triggered, the bag is automatically opened, filled, and resealed. The bag is now ready for packaging.

  • The machine can be switched to a different bag format in just a few minutes. This simply requires adjusting the height of the roller conveyor and setting the fill quantity to the corresponding number of liters.

  • The machine is designed so that a different closure system can be processed quickly by changing the appropriate tools (optional accessories). In addition to the production program, the machine has a separate cleaning program (CIP). The included adapter allows connection to the corresponding line.

    • All product-carrying parts are made of stainless steel or food-safe materials.

    • Machine stands, covers and parts of the filling chamber are made of stainless steel or corrosion-resistant materials.

    • The electronic control system and the pneumatic valves are housed in a generously sized control cabinet.

    • Special delivery options available upon request.

Semi-automatic filling machine type Eurofüller-EB

FOR SINGLE BAGS:

  • The Eurofüller-EB automatic filling machine was developed for the precise and efficient filling of liquids into bag-in-box containers. It is suitable for almost all liquids and impresses with its robust stainless steel construction, ease of use, and maintenance-friendly design.

  • With a capacity of up to 480 bags per hour, the machine processes bag sizes from 3 to 20 liters. Various programs, such as production, pre-run, CIP cleaning, and maintenance, can be conveniently selected via the intuitive control panel. High-quality components from Siemens and Festo ensure reliable and long-lasting operation, while compliance with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC guarantees the highest safety standards.
