2. Privacy at a glance
This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and what rights you have. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally, for example your name, email address or IP address.
Some data is collected because you provide it to us, for example via the contact form. Other data is collected automatically by our hosting provider's IT systems when you visit the website, mainly technical data such as your browser, operating system or the time of your visit. Services that are not necessary for operating the website (Google Ads, Google Maps, embedded videos) are only used with your consent.
3. Legal bases, storage period and recipients
Legal bases. We process personal data on the basis of the following provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
-
Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, if you have given your consent. If your consent covers storing information on, or accessing information from, your device (for example cookies), Section 25(1) of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG) also applies.
-
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, if the processing is necessary for a contract or for pre-contractual measures, such as a quotation.
-
Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, if we are legally obliged to process the data.
-
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, if the processing is necessary to protect our legitimate interests and your interests do not override them. Technically necessary storage on your device is based on Section 25(2) TDDDG.
Storage period. We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. We then delete it unless statutory retention obligations apply, for example under commercial or tax law (usually six to ten years). In that case, we delete the data once the retention period has expired.
Recipients. We only share personal data if this is necessary to perform a contract, if we are legally obliged to do so, if we have a legitimate interest, or if you have given your consent. Service providers who process data on our behalf are only used on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The recipients are named in the following sections for each service.
Transfers to third countries. Some of the providers we use also process data outside the European Union, in particular in Israel and the USA. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. Transfers to the USA are made to companies certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF) (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR) or on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
4. Hosting and provision of the website
Wix. Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel ("Wix"). Wix provides the website technically, stores its content and processes the data transmitted when the website is accessed. Wix uses servers and sub-processors worldwide, including in the EU and the USA. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. For transfers to other third countries, Wix uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Wix. Further information: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy and https://www.wix.com/about/privacy-dpa-users.
Server log files. When you visit the website, the following data is automatically collected and stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and version, operating system and the amount of data transferred. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure its stability and security. It is not combined with other data sources.
Error monitoring. To ensure smooth operation, Wix uses its own error monitoring (based on the Sentry software). If technical errors occur on the website, technical information such as browser, operating system, page visited and error message is transmitted to Wix.
Technically necessary cookies. Wix uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for displaying and securing the website, for example to protect against misuse and for load balancing.
The legal basis for hosting, server log files, error monitoring and technically necessary cookies is our legitimate interest in providing our website securely, stably and without errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Section 25(2) TDDDG).
5. Cookies and consent management (Usercentrics)
Cookies are small text files that your browser stores on your device. We use technically necessary cookies on the basis of Section 25(2) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. All other cookies and similar technologies are only used if you have given your prior consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
To manage your consent, we use the consent management platform Usercentrics provided by Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany. When you visit the website, Usercentrics stores your consent decision and the following data: date and time of consent, browser information, the version of the consent banner and an anonymized identifier of your device. This data serves as proof of your consent, which we are legally required to provide (Art. 6(1)(c) in conjunction with Art. 7(1) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with Usercentrics. Further information: https://usercentrics.com/privacy-policy/.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with effect for the future by reopening the cookie settings on this website. You can also set your browser to allow cookies only in individual cases, to block them in general, or to delete them when you close the browser. In that case, the functionality of the website may be limited.
6. Contacting us
Contact form. If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the data you enter: name, email address, phone number (optional), the selected machine, your message and any files you upload. The form is provided by Wix. The information is stored by Wix and forwarded to us by email. To protect against spam and misuse, Wix automatically checks form submissions.
Email and phone. If you contact us by email or phone, we process your inquiry, including the data you provide, in order to handle it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, such as a request for a quotation. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete your inquiry once it has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply. If your inquiry leads to a business transaction, the retention periods under commercial and tax law apply.
7. Google Ads and conversion tracking
We use Google Ads to advertise our products and services. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Ads conversion tracking allows us to determine whether a user came to our website via one of our ads and then performed a specific action, such as sending an inquiry. For this purpose, Google uses cookies or similar technologies and processes, among other things, your IP address, device and browser information, and information about the ad through which you reached us. We only receive statistical reports and cannot identify you personally from them.
Google may also process the data on servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In addition, Google uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Conversion tracking is not activated without your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://business.safety.google/adsprocessorterms/.
8. Google Maps
We embed maps from Google Maps to show our location. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the map loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and may also process the data on servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The map is only loaded if you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
9. Embedded videos
On our "Product videos" page, we show videos of our machines. If these videos are embedded via YouTube, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you play a video, your IP address as well as device and usage information is transmitted to YouTube. YouTube may set cookies or similar technologies and may also process the data on servers in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube may link your browsing behavior to your profile. You can prevent this by logging out beforehand.
External videos are only loaded if you have given your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
10. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by "https://" in the address bar and the lock icon in your browser. When encryption is active, the data you send to us cannot be read by third parties.

-
Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
-
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
If we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you have the right to object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
If we process your data for direct marketing purposes, you can object to this processing at any time. Your data will then no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is:
